Since 2010, I Confect has done more than just create a near perfect cupcake: We’ve taken the meaning of confect and expanded it to include uniquely flavored nuts and nut butters, savory takes on New Orleans style pralines. I Confect marries the traditional with the uncommon. We’ll try anything once! And if it’s delicious, we’ll add it to the menu.
